Leagel Stickaway Cioccolato Bianco e Spirulina is a crunchy white chocolate and spirulina coating with a 100% natural blue colour, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Stickaway Cioccolato Bianco e Spirulina also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches, widening the display offer; it breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella.
Ideal for: kids' sticks, Trolls gelato and colourful single portions.
Features: natural blue colour, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
