Leagel Stickaway Crunchy Lampone is a chocolate coating with freeze-dried raspberry pieces, a fruit stracciatella, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
In the Leagel Kefir al Lampone Crunchy recipe, Stickaway Crunchy Lampone is paired with Kefir 50 GMS; it also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches.
Ideal for: white chocolate sticks, mini cones and gelato bars.
Features: freeze-dried fruit pieces, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
