Leagel Stickaway Crunchy Mango is a chocolate coating with freeze-dried mango pieces, a tropical fruit stracciatella, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
In the Leagel Kefir al Mango Crunchy recipe, Stickaway Crunchy Mango is paired with Kefir 50 GMS; it breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella.
Ideal for: coconut, yogurt and passion fruit sticks.
Features: freeze-dried fruit pieces, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
