Martini Gelato Fig Ripple is a ripple for artisan gelato with 75% figs, with a slightly caramelised taste and a note of green fig.

It is excellent with walnut, fresh cheese and ricotta: with pure walnut paste or on cheesecake gelato it creates characterful autumn flavours.

Ideal for: autumn flavours, fig cheesecake and rippled walnut.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.

Directions: ripple the gelato in the pan while extracting or decorate the surface.

Dosage: to taste.
