Martini Gelato Pear Prestige Ripple is a ripple for artisan gelato with 30% candied pears and 20% pear purée, from the Selezione Prestige range.

With a natural antioxidant from pineapple juice and natural colourings, it brings pear cubes to the pan: excellent with chocolate, caramel and ginger.

Ideal for: pear and chocolate, pear crème caramel and cups.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Kosher certified.

Directions: ripple the gelato in the pan while extracting or decorate the surface.

Dosage: to taste.
