DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Rubicone Pralì Ripple is a cocoa and hazelnut ripple sauce for artisan gelato, enriched with caramelised peanuts, indulgent and crunchy.
Together with Rubicone Snickerone Paste it creates the Snickerone flavour, where peanut meets the chocolate-hazelnut ripple and a cascade of caramelised peanuts. Use it to ripple and decorate trays and sundaes.
Recommended pairings: Snickerone paste, fior di latte and caramel.

Dosage: as desired for rippling and decorating.
