Rubicone Snickerone Paste (Peanuts Chocolate) is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a peanut taste, with a creamy and roasted, with an intense peanut note profile.
Snickerone Paste (Peanuts Chocolate) pairs well with Rubicone ripples, toppings and crumbles to create ever-new flavours.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per litre or 65 g per kg of mix.
