Complete base in paste Simplé Glace Blue. A versatile product that can be used not only for ice cream preparation but also for Granitas, Smoothies, Milkshakes and Soft Ice Cream.
DOSAGE
- Ice Cream: Simplé 600 g + 1 l milk
- Classic Granita with granita machine (15 min.): 1 can + 4 l water. Yield 30 granitas
- Sicilian Granita with batch freezer (10 min.): 1 can + 3 l water. Yield 30 granitas
- Smoothies with blender (10 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
- Milkshake with blender (20-30 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
- Soft Ice Cream: 1 can Simplé + 3 cans water or milk
