Complete powdered base Simplé Limoncello, with soy protein and without milk derivatives. A product specifically designed to provide professionals with a ready to use product with high performance both in ice cream and pastry applications.

DOSAGE:

Ice Cream: Simplé 500 g + 1 l of water.
Classic Granita with granita machine (15 min.): 1 bag + 4 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
Sicilian Granita with batch freezer (10 min.): 1 bag + 3 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
Smoothies with blender (10 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
Milkshake with blender (20-30 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
Soft Ice Cream: 1 bag + 3 cans of water or milk.
