The strawberries, from Italy, are grown and harvested where they reach their best ripeness and aromatic profile. A very high percentage of fruit pieces and purée, natural ingredients and certified raw materials, in a practical single-batch bucket for one pan of sorbet.

Sorbet: 1.65 kg of product + 2.1 l of water.
With seasonal strawberries: 1.65 kg of product + 1.5 l of water + 1 kg of strawberries.
Ice lollies: 500 g of product + 1 l of water.
Smoothies: 90 g of product + 50 g of water (or 100 g of milk) + 150 g of ice.
Semifreddo: 500 g of product + 500 g of cream.
Glazes: 300 g of product + 700 g of Specchioneutra.
