DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato FruttUP Coconut is a complete powder base for artisan coconut gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Unlike the other FruttUP bases it is made with milk, for a creamy, fragrant coconut gelato; the same base also makes coconut soft serve and granita.
Ideal for: coconut gelato, soft serve and tropical cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the milk with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 3 L of milk (gelato), 3.5-3.7 L of milk (soft serve), 3.8 L of milk (granita).
Processing: cold.
