Martini Gelato GranCocco is a complete powder base for making an excellent coconut gelato with 19% coconut, by just adding milk.
The generous coconut content gives a creamy, fragrant gelato that pairs with chocolate, pineapple and exotic fruit for tropical-tasting cups.
Ideal for: coconut gelato, tropical cups and cremino.
Directions: dissolve the base in the milk with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 3 L of milk.
