DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Tutto Blu is a complete cream-flavoured powder base with a blue colour, for cheerful artisan gelato.
It is made with milk and gives the classic blue gelato children look for in the display case, to finish with ripples or colourful sweets.
Ideal for: blue gelato and kids' flavours.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in warm milk with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 3 L of warm milk.
Processing: cold.
