DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Stabilfrutta is a complete powder mix for fruit sorbets that, also thanks to refined vegetable fats, give excellent stability.
The sorbet stays creamier and holds well in the display case; it is made with water and fresh fruit, such as strawberries or lemon.
Ideal for: stable sorbets and fruit flavours.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: blend base, water and fruit and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 1300 g of water + 1650 g of strawberries; for lemon 1 bag + 2000 g of water + 700 g of lemon.
Processing: cold.
