DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Menta Essenziale paste is an artisan gelato paste for white mint gelato, made with essential mint oil, for a fresh, naturally fragrant gelato without the classic green colour.
Ideal for: white mint gelato, mint chocolate, semifreddi and gelato cocktails.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80–100 g per kg of gelato.
