Martini Gelato Panna Cotta Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with the typical taste of panna cotta, to present the famous dessert in the pan.
The delicate cream and vanilla taste is a perfect canvas for fruit ripples: mixed berries, strawberry or lime add colour and freshness.
Ideal for: dessert flavours, berry panna cotta and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
