Just add Banana Java Paste to the white base for a full, recognisable gelato flavour, ready to batch-freeze; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per litre or 40 g per kg of mix.
