Nutman Egg Custard Paste for artisan gelato
Paste made with sweetened egg yolks, ideal for creating traditional custard gelato. It gives the mix a warm colour, velvety texture and full yet delicate taste, with smooth egg and vanilla notes. Also excellent as a base for specialities inspired by Italian pastry.
Dosage: 50/60 g of product per kg of base mix.
Certification: gluten-free.
