A concentrated paste like Liquorice Paste saves preparation time, as you simply weigh, mix and batch-freeze; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
