Crema della Nonna paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Dolce Incontro recipe, together with Pasta Limone Primofiore Comp.A and Stickaway al Pistacchio.
Ideal for: custard gelato rippled with citrus.
Features: 20% egg yolk, alcohol-free, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
