Leagel Cinnamon paste is a classic paste with the typical taste of the oriental spice, for warm, spiced gelato.
With Cinnamon paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.
Ideal for: cinnamon gelato, apple and chocolate pairings.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
