Martini Gelato Aymara Tropical Chok is a complete powder base for artisan white chocolate and mango gelato, ready with boiling water.
White chocolate softens the exotic note of mango in an original summer flavour, great with coconut Brunella CROK Bora Bora.
Ideal for: exotic flavours, white chocolate and summer cups.
Features: gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
