DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Cremosette Pistachio is a spreadable cream for fine pastry, tasting of pistachio with a green colour and intense taste.
Warmed to 35 °C, Cremosette Pistachio becomes a glaze for semifreddi; added to whipped cream or custard it flavours them.
Ideal for: pistachio croissants, cakes and single portions.
Features: fills, glazes and flavours, bake-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: fill before or after baking; to glaze, warm to 35 °C.
Dosage: as desired; to flavour cream and custards about 250 g per kg.
