Leagel Giò 50 base is a fat-free milk base, easy to formulate and suited to fat-rich pastes; it is completed with fresh milk, sugar and dextrose.

Gelato makers find Giò 50 base a reliable starting point for both classic flavours and signature creations; it simplifies the work, with a single dose to weigh.

Ideal for: hazelnut, pistachio and gianduja gelato.

Features: flavour: latte, fat-free, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in milk, pasteurise and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 35 g per kg of mix.

Processing: hot (85 °C).
