Martini Gelato Nature 150 S.A. is a powder base with no emulsifiers or flavourings, made with only natural ingredients.
With milk and cream it gives an artisan gelato that brings out every flavour, perfect for shops highlighting a clean recipe.
Ideal for: natural cream flavours and premium pastes.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, no added flavourings.
Directions: blend base and sugar, add to milk and cream, pasteurise and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 150 g of base and 245 g of sugar per 1 litre of milk + 215 g of cream.
Processing: hot.
