Rubicone Base Augusto 185 is a powder base for artisan gelato; high quality; great structure and long term creaminess.

Choosing Base Augusto 185 means working with a ready-balanced mix, to which you only add the flavour you want.

Ideal for: cream gelato and fior di latte to customise in the gelato lab.

Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in the milk, pasteurise and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 185 g of base and 190 g of sugar per 1 litre of milk.

Processing: hot.
