Choosing Panna Love base means working with a ready-balanced mix, to which you only add the flavour you want; it helps keep an even structure from batch to batch.

Ideal for: fior di panna, stracciatella and gelato with cream ripples.

Features: flavour: panna intenso, fats: animal (grassi frazionati del latte), gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in milk and batch-freeze, with or without pasteurising.

Dosage: 70–75 g per kg of mix.

Processing: hot (85 °C) or cold.
