Vegan Rice Cream is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Tortino di Riso recipe; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: vegan gelato, pairings with citrus, cinnamon and chocolate.
Features: dehydrated rice, with fructose, vegan.
Directions: dissolve in boiling water, let it rest and churn.
Dosage: 665 g per 1 litre of water.
Processing: hot (90 °C).
