It is vegan and dairy-free: a thirst-quenching summer flavour, ready in a few steps, perfect for fruit displays and aperitif menus.
Ideal for: summer displays, refreshing flavours and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.25 kg with 2.5 litres of water; soft serve 1.25 kg with 3 litres of water.
