Dense deep ruby texture with bright highlights. Once diluted, it retains its vivid and natural color. The 30% strawberry juice and pulp give it an aromatic bouquet with very intense strawberry notes and hints of small red berries. On the palate it is delicately fresh, with good depth and structure. Well-balanced, pleasantly smooth and enveloping. The finish leaves persistent fruity notes.

Perfect pairings with aromatic white spirits (gin). With high-quality Cuban rum and fresh lime juice, it becomes the essential ingredient for an inimitable Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. Mixed with tonic water, it creates an excellent soda drink, while combined with iced tea it transforms into a Tea & Soda: two Fabbri 1905 interpretations of the classic Italian soft drink.
