Leagel Amarena Cherry Granita Syrup makes a granita that is ruby red with a sweet-tart taste, intense and thirst-quenching, with very simple preparation.

With Amarena Cherry Granita Syrup you expand your summer offer with little space and little labour; it is a fresh, thirst-quenching offer for the warm months.

Ideal for: granita with cream and brioche.

Features: high fruit content, gluten-free.

Directions: mix the syrup with the neutral granita mix and pour into the machine.

Dosage: 250 g per litre of neutral mix.
