Leagel zHero Fruit Base is a base for fruit gelato with no added sugar, from the zHero range for healthy artisan gelato.

With zHero Fruit Base the flavour is already in the base, so no other ingredients or balancing calculations are needed; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.

Ideal for: healthy sorbets with fresh fruit.

Features: no added sugar, lactose-free, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water and churn.

Dosage: 300 g per 1 litre of water.

Processing: cold.
