Leagel Yogo Softeis is the base for yogurt soft-serve, sweetened with fructose: adding only milk gives a fresh, slightly tangy soft-serve.
With Yogo Softeis the flavour is already in the base, so no other ingredients or balancing calculations are needed; it is the practical answer on the busiest days.
Ideal for: yogurt soft-serve with fruit and crumbs.
Directions: mix with milk and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 350 g of product per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: cold.
