Martini Gelato Soft Fior di Latte is a complete powder base for fior di latte soft serve, ready with room-temperature water only.
Its clean milk taste is the ideal base for sundaes, topped cups and milkshakes, with a very quick method.
Ideal for: soft serve, sundaes and milkshakes.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in room-temperature water, blend and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 1 bag + 4 L of room-temperature water.
Processing: cold.
