Thanks to its ready formula, Lea Pan Softeis lets even less experienced staff make gelato of consistent quality; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: soft-serve cones, sundaes with toppings.
Features: fats: vegetable (coconut), gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 350 g per 1 litre of milk.
