Martini Gelato Soft Chocolate is a complete powder base for delicious chocolate soft serve, by just adding water.

Already perfectly balanced, it gives an intensely flavoured chocolate soft serve, to serve alone or swirled with vanilla.

Ideal for: chocolate soft serve and cones.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: dissolve the base in room-temperature water, blend and pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: 1 bag + 4 L of water.

Processing: cold.
