Leagel Cioccolato Soft is a perfectly stabilised powder base for chocolate soft-serve: just add milk.

With Cioccolato Soft the flavour is already in the base, so no other ingredients or balancing calculations are needed; it helps widen the display without complicating production.

Ideal for: chocolate soft-serve cones and sundaes.

Features: fats: vegetable (coconut), gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: 400 g per 1 litre of water.
