DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Thanks to freeze-dried ricotta and candied fruit, Elenka’s Sicilian Cassata Paste gives gelato the true taste of cassata, with all the aroma of the traditional dessert.
Also used for cakes and semifreddo. Made with natural colourings.
DOSAGE: 200 g of Cassata + 100 g of whole milk per 1000 g of base mix.
