Martini Gelato Mediterranean Green Pistachio Paste is a pistachio paste for artisan gelato with a naturally bold green colour.
It offers excellent value and is designed for a green, tasty pistachio in everyday production.
Ideal for: pistachio gelato, daily production and cremino.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
