DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Nougat Paste is made from a selection of excellent almonds, enriched with fine honey, milk powder and egg white.
Ideal for nougat gelato and, in pastry, for creams and semifreddo.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 100 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 90 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 4 kg bucket.
