Nougat Paste lets you offer this flavour with a simple, consistent process that suits any lab; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 - 100 g per litre or 65 - 80 g per kg of mix.
