This version of Leagel Croccantino al Rhum paste is designed for gelato and pastry: sugar and hazelnuts flavoured with rum for creams, fillings and semifreddi.

Croccantino al Rhum paste lets you offer this flavour with a simple, consistent process that suits any lab; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.

Ideal for: semifreddi, fillings and croccantino gelato.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
