DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Leagel Nocciola Imperiale paste is made from strongly roasted Italian hazelnuts: it stands out for its deep colour and bold flavour, ideal for full-bodied hazelnut gelato.

Besides being served on its own, Nocciola Imperiale paste is a good starting point for pairings with Leagel ripples and crumbles; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.

Ideal for: intense hazelnut gelato, bacio and semifreddi.

Features: Italian hazelnuts, strong roast, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of mix.
