Rubicone Bonita Hazelnut Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a hazelnut cream taste, with a creamy, sweet and intensely hazelnut-like profile.

With Bonita Hazelnut Paste the flavour stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per litre or 65 g per kg of mix.
