DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Piedmont Hazelnut PGI Paste uses hazelnuts certified by the Nocciola Piemonte PGI consortium, recognised among the best in the world for their structure and aroma.
It is gently roasted to bring out its elegant, lasting fragrance. No flavourings; also recommended for making chocolate pralines.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 120 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 100/120 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 5.5 kg bucket.
