DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Add the Azzurro paste to the already pasteurized base mixture to flavor the ice cream, stirring continuously with a whisk until fully blended. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, churn the mixture to make the desired ice cream, which can be served as is or decorated.
DOSAGE: 50 g paste + 1 liter white base mixture (do not use on yellow base)
