It is the choice for a more prominent hazelnut in the pan: it boosts hazelnut gelato itself, fior di latte and chocolate and gives body to cremino flavours and gelato cakes.

Ideal for: hazelnut cremino flavours, rippled hazelnut and gelato cakes.
