DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Toschi Strawberry paste is made with 50% fruit, for classic strawberry gelato with a full, fruity flavour. It can be used on both a white base and a fruit base.

Ideal for: strawberry gelato, strawberry sorbet, semifreddi and mousses.

Directions: mix the paste into the base (water or milk), leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 60–80 g of paste per kg of base mix.
