DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Kiwi paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the fresh, tangy taste of kiwi, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Besides being served on its own, Kiwi paste is a good starting point for pairings with Leagel ripples and crumbles; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: kiwi sorbet and fruit sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
