Leagel Cola paste is a sugary paste with the characteristic taste of cola, used on a fruit base.

With Cola paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.

Ideal for: cola sorbet, granitas and ice lollies.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
